Frequently Asked Questions

Clear answers before you commit

Service scope, remote limitations, licensing, access, and operating expectations.

Is this only for Airbnb properties?

No. The service positioning includes short-term rentals, furnished rentals, mid-term rentals, vacation rentals, corporate housing, and selected support for small management companies.

Can everything be handled remotely?

Communication, administration, reporting, scheduling, and coordination can be performed remotely. Physical cleaning, inspections, repairs, lockouts, and emergency response require qualified local providers or an owner-designated local contact.

Do I give you my Airbnb password?

No. Owners should use available platform co-host or team-access permissions rather than sharing primary credentials.

Do you guarantee more revenue?

No. Operational improvements may strengthen guest experience and reduce preventable issues, but revenue depends on pricing, demand, competition, seasonality, property quality, regulations, and owner decisions.

How are repairs approved?

The owner establishes written authorization limits. Emergencies and non-emergency repairs are handled according to the agreed approval matrix.

Do you collect rent or hold client funds?

Not under the standard initial service structure. Payment and fund-handling arrangements require a separate legal and accounting review.

Can you manage properties in any state?

Service availability depends on the property’s jurisdiction, local regulations, licensing requirements, insurance, and the permitted scope of work.

What information is needed to start?

Property and listing details, permit and insurance confirmation, access procedures, guest rules, cleaner information, backup coverage, maintenance contacts, emergency procedures, and owner approval limits.

How quickly can services begin?

Timing depends on audit findings, legal scope, vendor readiness, platform access, and whether the property already has complete operating information.

What happens after I submit an audit?

The request is reviewed, the listing and operating concerns are assessed, and the next step is typically a consultation or written recommendation.
