No revenue, occupancy, rating, booking, or profitability outcome is guaranteed. Performance depends on market demand, property condition, owner decisions, pricing, regulations, competition, and other factors.
Licensing and jurisdiction
Service scope is subject to applicable state and local laws, licensing rules, platform requirements, insurance, and written agreement. Certain management, leasing, advertising, pricing, booking, or compensation arrangements may be unavailable without appropriate licensing.
Owner responsibilities
Owners remain responsible for property ownership authority, permits, registrations, taxes, insurance, HOA or condominium compliance, safety, habitability, local vendors, and the accuracy of information they provide.
Third-party platforms
Airbnb, Vrbo, Furnished Finder, Netlify, Stripe, scheduling platforms, and other third-party names belong to their respective owners. Use of third-party platforms is subject to their terms and availability.
Written agreement required
